The writers at Slinkmag are a pose and prop loving group.  All poses and props, except where otherwise indicated were bought with our very own lindens.  That Mari, in particular is seemingly incapable of walking past a new prop without buying it.  She’s also got this OCD Completionist disorder which makes her buy every darned thing in a set, or everything from a particular maker.

Get it?  We love you pose and prop makers! We want to feature you all and we probably will eventually.

We can’t be bought and we will review honestly and fairly.  If we think you are not nice or an awful maker, trust us – no amount of free is gonna make us write about you in either a positive or negative way.  We just can’t be bothered.  That said, if you are a prop or pose maker and want to show us  your new stuff ‘n things, we’re happy to look.  We WANT to see new stuff.  We want to know where your stores are, your blogs, your Flickr groups.  Invite us to see things!  We’ll come a runnin’.  If you want to give us a prop or a pose, we won’t say no (unless its crap or you were mean to us) and we’ll do our level best to write about it. We don’t however, just slap things up on a post in any old sloppy way.  We dabble, we fiddle, we dither, we take our time.  So if you need it up in a rush, send us a press release and your own ad – we’ll post it as a Just Out type of thing.

Don’t be surprised to see your stuff featured in stories or poetry.  That Mari again, has a writing disease.

We wouldn’t mind a couple of contributors, but we don’t pay and we don’t encourage soliciting of free stuff so if you come and blog for us, it’s because you really want to write about poses and stuff.

If you have tips, tricks, hints and helps – we want those too.  We like hearing stories about what people are doing with photography in Second Life.
